The MA Coalition is governed by a board of directors (Executive Board). The Executive Board is comprised of five (5) directorships:
President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and the immediate past President of the Coalition. Each position must be held by an officer,
director, or duly authorized representative of a member organization. Executive Officers are appointed for a term of three (3) years.
