Ms. Alongi is the Administrator of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 4 Benefit Funds.  In that capacity, she is responsible for the administration of a Health & Welfare Plan, Defined Benefit and a Profit Sharing Plan.

Ms. Alongi is also the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Coalition of Taft-Hartley Trust Funds.  The Coalition consists of 22 member funds and 47 associate member organizations.  Members of the Coalition are afforded the opportunity to reduce Plan costs based on the collective purchasing power of the Coalition by joining together as a large group to negotiate with service providers. 

Ms. Alongi is also an active member of the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC).  As one of the Directors and Executive Board members of NEEBC, Ms. Alongi works to provide extensive benefits-related education as well as networking opportunities to the area’s benefits professionals. Outside of her professional commitments, Ms. Alongi can be found caring for 10 horses at a barn she runs with another horse owner.
